III International Festival "Accordion Plus" will be In Rostov

The Festival will be held since 31th of March to 2nd of April of this year. There will be professional accordionists, students of music schools and art schools, students of specialized educational institutions of Rostov-on-Don anf cities of near and far abroad.
Leader of the festival is Valentina Ledeneva, Deputy Chief of Administration of Social Affairs.
City open competition will be organized among the accordion Within the Festival.
